One New York Plaza is located at Water and Whitehall Streets and is the southernmost of all Manhattan skyscrapers. Constructed in 1970, this 50-story building underwent a renovation in 1995, which consisted of repainting the “waffle-iron” façade from its original black. Subway, ferry and heliport transportation are conveniently accessible. The building’s retail concourse includes restaurants and shopping.
